San Francisco Travel's brand guidelines were out of step with their current brand and didn’t include adequate visual examples to illustrate what they were talking about in text.
For a company of about 100 employees, with international representation in 13 countries and multiple outside vendors, it was important to create one comprehensive document so that all parties have a clear understanding of how to represent and speak about the organization.

The MarCom team at San Francisco Travel was struggling with an email marketing system that was difficult to use and costly to maintain. After researching alternative systems I transitioned the team onto MailChimp and redesigned the suite of emails for B2C/B2B. The move saved our department build time, lowered monthly cost, and email performance metrics improved.
Shown here are three current responsive templates and the original static design we inherited.
